About the Role:
The Commercial Account Manager is a revenue-driving role responsible for developing and managing large-scale commercial and enterprise accounts—clients purchasing hundreds of gallons per month across multiple locations or projects.
This role is not transactional. You’ll be working with manufacturing facilities, commercial property groups, infrastructure operators, large contractors, and multi-site organizations where deal size, relationship depth, and long-term contracts matter.
This is a full-time, 1099, commission-only position designed for experienced sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential and control over their income. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$500,000+ annually
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, prospect, and close high-volume commercial accounts
- Build relationships with decision-makers (owners, executives, procurement teams)
- Present NexaNano as a long-term protection and cost-reduction solution—not a commodity product
- Structure and close repeat-purchase and contract-based agreements
- Drive adoption across multiple sites, divisions, or territories within accounts
Account Management & Expansion:
- Manage ongoing relationships with commercial clients
- Increase monthly volume through upsells, cross-applications, and expansion opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on product use cases and scaling strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment
Pipeline & Strategy:
- Maintain a healthy, high-value sales pipeline
- Track opportunities, forecasts, and account performance
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, objections, and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
This role is a strong fit if you:
- Have B2B or enterprise sales experience (construction, manufacturing, industrial, commercial services, coatings, chemicals, or similar industries preferred)
- Are comfortable selling high-ticket, repeat-purchase solutions
- Can confidently engage with executive-level decision-makers
- Understand long sales cycles and relationship-based selling
- Are self-directed, disciplined, and results-driven
- Want uncapped income tied directly to performance
This role is not ideal for:
- Entry-level sales reps
- Candidates needing heavy oversight or daily management
- Those uncomfortable with commission-based compensation
